Network Access Restrictions for ITC System Web Servers (October 2026)

Dear ITC System Web Server Users,

As a temporary security measure in response to the PHP vulnerability announced today, access to the ITC System web server (user.keio.ac.jp) has been restricted to the Keio University network.

As a result, web pages currently hosted on the server are temporarily unavailable from outside the university network.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Once a security update addressing the vulnerability is released, we will consider restoring external access.

We will notify you again as soon as preparations to resume normal service have been completed.
