Okta has completed the scheduled maintenance, and keio.jp Phone (Voice Call, SMS) Authentication has now returned to normal operation.
We sincerely apologize for the maintenance taking longer than originally planned and for the inconvenience caused. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the maintenance.

Regarding phone (Voice/SMS) authentication, there is a trend toward discouraging its use for security reasons, and keio.jp also plans to phase it out and eventually discontinue it. Please also check the following announcement.
