Google Drive on Google Workspace
Google Drive Storage Capacity
In Google Workspace for Education, there was no per-user storage limit for Google Drive and Gmail. However, storage limitations were introduced starting March 15, 2023.
From February 2025 onward, the maximum storage limit for students and staff is set to 100GB.
The maximum storage limit per account based on user affiliation.
制限値 | |
---|---|
Faculty | No limit ※ |
Students (including Correspondence Course Students) | 20GB to 100GB |

At this time, no restrictions will be applied to faculty storage. However, limitations may be implemented in the future. We kindly ask for your cooperation in organizing unnecessary data and migrating it to other storage options if needed.
