  • Elimination of [Save in Bulk[Old]] feature of report
    [(For Faculties) By the end of March 2020, we plan to abolish [Save in Bulk[Old]] in the [Operation] pull-down on Course Settings - Report to download file(s). Please use the [Save in Bulk] function in the same pull-down from now on.]

  • File name change at download
    [The file will be downloaded with the name at the time of file registration. The target functions are as follows.]
    Faculty / Student : Teaching materials / BBS / report attachments and various attachments for reports
    Faculty only : Material room / Past data

  • Report feature update
    [(For Faculties) It is possible to import reports submitted outside the system, such as email.]
  • Change layout of class assistant (Manual : Common
    [The layout has been changed to list display.]
  • Teaching material feature update
    [The mp4 format videos registered in the teaching materials can now be played on the system.]

  • New layout integration
    [The old layout has been removed and integrated into the new layout.]
  • Non degree student batch registration feature added (Manual : Faculty
    [(For Faculties)Registration of Non degree student (s) can now be registered in a CSV file.]
  • About the faculty participation community
    [Faculties can now participate as members in the community created by the staff.]
  • Addition of questionnaire chart display feature
    [Question types that can be set points are added in Questionnaire Feature. If there are three or more questions, a chart will be displayed at the time of answer confirmation.]
  • Add feature to portfolio
    [Faculties can now check the teaching materials feature and testing feature from the portfolio.]
    [Students are now able to check the test feature from the portfolio.]
  • Add default comment setting feature when returning report
    [(For Faculties) When creating a report, you can now make a comment on return.]
  • Add message recipient list management feature
    [(For Faculties)It is now possible to create a list of message recipients before sending.]
  • About the addition of other features
    [It is possible to change the font size. You can choose from 4 sizes: Small, Normal, Large, Extra Large.]
    [The filters in use are now colored in various list screens.]

    Available to send the message to the students from each feature.

    Available to send an e-mail, and notify the link to the content
    with direct access.
  • Report submission process optimization

  • Layout renewal (Manual :Faculty / Student
    [More intuitive screen layout. The new screen layout supports smartphones and tablets.]
    [The new system is equipped with better sorting capability of lists and filtering functionality.]
    [Date settings can be done in calendar format, making it easier to see.]
